Automatic Processing of Personal Data When Accessing the Website
All access to this website is recorded in log files. These files store the IP address, the time of access, the amount of data transferred, a message indicating whether the access was successful, the browser used, and the operating system of the accessing device.
In addition, the address of the websites from which you reached our site and the websites you visit from our site are also recorded.
These data cannot, on their own, be linked to any specific person. A personal assignment is also not in our interest. However, under the provisions of the GDPR, these data are considered personal data, as it is theoretically possible, with the involvement of your internet provider, to determine the owner of the internet connection through which our site was accessed using the transmitted IP address.
The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to deliver the website to your computer. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored in the log files for the duration of the session. Beyond this, we store the log files for one month and reserve the right to review them later if there are specific indications of illegal use or to defend against attacks and enable the prosecution of attackers. This is in our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to provide a functional and secure website.
Use of cookies
Our website uses only necessary cookies. Necessary cookies are required for displaying our website on your computer.
Specifically, these include:
- Session Cookie: Used to store information during the session, such as language settings. It is deleted after the browser session is closed.
The legal basis for processing personal data using necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing a user-friendly website in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly. However, if you configure your browser to reject all cookies, this may lead to limitations in the functionality of this and other websites.
